National University Commencement Ceremony 2014

Ahhhh.. so this has been a decade in the making. No seriously.. a full on decade. Sure there were years where I didn't even attend college.. but it's been ten years since I've graduated high school.. and finally.. I'm graduating college this year. I have three classes left and my official conferral date will be in September, but I was able to walk the commencement ceremony. I didn't feel too overwhelmed with joy yesterday at the ceremony just because I'm not done yet.. but it's a great way to celebrate that I will be done this year. 

I'm very pleased that I decided to go back to school full time around the end of 2012.. knocked this sucker out in little over a year and a half.. booyah! lol.. Although I've had such the worst year in 2012 with a terrible hostile job and other personal issues..This wouldn't have happened if that year didn't exist and for that I am thankful.

My family may not be perfect, but I love them for their unconditional love and support. Not only did I go back to school for myself, but I did it for my parents. (corny? I don't care!)
