Sixth Week


Alright! So I got the reset that I needed- thanks aunt flo! Last week was pretty good and I feel like I'm back on track with slowly ramping up my workouts. Adding more runs now since we are approaching Ragnar Relay (SoCal) - get my runs in ya know? Saturday was ambitious - I ran 2 miles before I went to a killer hot yoga session.. and I wore long sleeves to challenge myself more.. which almost killed me (being dramatic lol).

Didn't face any challenges last week, not that I can think of.. feeling pretty good! Well rested and ready to add more mileages and different cross training things.
